Colin Care is a Social Economy Project set up by the Colin Health for All subgroup to deliver an efficient, high quality domiciliary care service in the Colin area.   This Domiciliary Care Service will focus on core values, which are; service users come first, complete professionalism, teamwork and open communication It is this emphasis on values that will ensure that the new company is able to attract and retain a highly motivated team of care staff who will uphold the standards, build the reputation of the service and therefore form a long term partnership with Down & Lisburn Trust. In delivering excellence in a Domiciliary Care Service, high quality staff will be recruited from within the Colin area, inducted and trained to deliver a broad range of tasks and they will strive to ensure that the service user’s needs are met, whether physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual.
