About the event
The programme will be facilitated by holistic therapy practitoner, Aine Nelson, over 6 two-hour sessions and will explore themes, including:
- the important of looking after our mental health and well being ❤️
- change the thoughts we think and the words we speak and we change our lives ❤️(heal your life)
- the importance of self talk, affirmations, journaling ❤️
- forgiveness and love for oneself and others ❤️(mirror work)
- Deserve-ability - self worth ❤️
- People-pleasing-learning how to say no ❤️
- Healing your Inner child.
Participants must be adults 18+.
