This two hour session will be delivered by Talking Therapy NI and will explore tools for managing conflicts in relationships, and will cover:
- What is conflict?
- Feelings involved in conflict
- What behaviours help in managing conflict?
- Steps that can be taken to handle conflict
Participants must be 18+ years.
