About the event
This 3 hour workshop facilitated by Volunteer Now will be useful for anyone involving volunteers in their group or organisation (or people keen to develop their volunteer management skills for future work with volunteers).
We will be exploring how best to manage and motivate volunteers, to increase the benefits for the volunteer and your group/organisation.
This workshop is for adults age 18+ and will include lunch.
The event has been organised by Colin Neighbourhood Partnership and supported by funding from Belfast City Council and the Department for Communities.
