About the event
Self harm and suicidal behaviours are interconnected but distinguishing between the two can be challenging. It's crucual to recognise the significant differences in intention and the risks each one presents.
This community workshop provides a safe supportive environment to learn how to recognise the signs, respond with compassion, and connect individuals (if appropriate) to Inspire's SHIP Self-harm programme or other appropriate services.
Suitable for staff, family memberes, care givers and people supporting young people or adults affected or at risk, For adults 18+.
Please note, this workshop may not be suitable if you have been recently bereaved by suicide.
