Summerhill Parents' Programme

The programme aims to enable families to have a happier home life and for children to feel more secure as they are given the support and love to enable them to reach their full potential in life.

Over 4 weekly sessions, you will have an opportunity to meet other parents and discuss family life in a safe environment, and to pick up tips on how to become more confident in handling the pressures parents face.

Session themes will include:

1. Nutrition and healthy eating
2. Play and reading
3. Cost of living
4. Wellbeing

This programme will be delivered by Parenting NI with the Summerhill Foundation. 

Participants will receive a £20 gift voucher on completion.

The programme is for parents only. Children cannot attend the sessions.
