Colin Early Parenting Programme (CEPP) is a unique partnership since 2012 between Colin Neighbourhood Partnership and the SE Health & Social Care Trust, delivering a range of support to young mothers, babies and vulnerable families throughout the Colin area, including indoor and outdoor group activities and individualised family support delivered through home visits. The small CEPP team comprises one Health Visitor and two Early Intervention Support Workers, working closely with other local community groups and health professionals.
We are now seeking to recruit a full time Early Intervention Support Worker (EISW) to this important programme, who will be based in the Stewartstown Road Health Centre and line-managed by the team’s Health Visitor with additional support from the Colin Early Intervention Manager.

Experience of delivering manualised programmes (such as Incredible Years, Mellow Bumps etc.) or other group programmes is desirable but not essential. Training will be an important aspect of this post. A full driving licence and access to own transport is required.
A completed application form and a monitoring form should be returned by email or post to bernadette@newcolin.com or to Bernie Duffy at Colin Neighbourhood Partnership, Cloona House, 31 Colin Road, Belfast, BT17 0LG. No applications received after the deadline of 2.00pm on Thursday 31st August 2023 will be considered.
